Outer & Inner Thigh Strengthening
Stand in shoulder-deep water with fins attached to your ankles. Keeping your leg straight, kick your leg out to the side. Pull it back in and, bending your knee, bring your foot up to waist height across your body. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
