Warhammer figures were always favorites of ours.
They were chunky, broad, heavily detailed outrageously designed fantasy figures that we loved to paint and use In scenarios for that special impact that only the outrageous can provide. Offered here is the Warhammer /Heavy Metal Figure Army Poster used to display the new arrivals at gaming stores in the 1980s. They were also a good guide on how to figure should be painted and what groupings could be used. Designed and sculpted by John Blanchie, these were some of the most popular figures of the era, and entire campaigns were waived for hours on end with the fire power and the impression these brutal warriors provided to any game. The poster is in excellent condition with strong colors dark blacks and consistent gloss make an ideal display for any gaming room or entertainment center. The posters were neverTo the general public and only available to gaming stores carrying Warhammer figures during those years. It is quite rare and impossible to find all these 30 years later.
